Many customers come to us for custom builds, but we may already have the exact product you need in stock and ready to ship. Every project is treated as unique. We work directly with engineers, buyers, and project managers to ensure the right fit for each application while keeping the process clear and efficient.

Our Origin Story
Tony Chen built Cordtec Power Corp. from a small garage operation into a trusted electrical products company serving customers across North America. The company began in 2015 under the name Power SIS, inspired by the founder’s two daughters and the idea of “Power Sisters.” In 2016, the business was formally registered as Cordtec Power Corp., and AC WORKS® emerged as the brand that would carry the company forward in the power connections market.
The name AC WORKS® reflects both Alternating Current and the initials of the founder’s daughters, combining technical purpose with personal meaning. What started as a small online operation has grown into a trusted supplier across the United States and Canada. That foundation still guides the company today, with a focus on practical solutions, strong relationships, and products that perform where it matters most.
